"Best State Farm office that you will find anywhere! We have been with them for decades and they always go far and beyond. Example, my son, who lives in Los Angeles, CA had his insurance cancelled for no apparent reason by the agent’s office out there. They did not notify us and they do not return our calls. Kandice in Bills office jumped on it for us, got in touch with the office in CA, and had the insurance reinstated within a couple of hours. Bill’s office does not benefit at all from this policy, yet Kandice took care of it for us. We have also worked with Brenda and others in the office and they are always attentive and helpful. They make you feel like you are their most important customer - every time!!"

"Since moving to Alabama back in 2008, I have used and loved Bill Burdette’s team. Everyone in Bill’s office is great! I usually talk with Jaleen, she understands our insurance needs and is very helpful in suggesting the best plans. Our family has purchased many cars through the years and we have had to file a few claims (which have all been handled quickly.)
